Olavstoppen specializes in innovating and developing digital products. Together with their team, we developed a new brand strategy with the goal of creating a sense of community and belonging while encouraging employees to explore individual interpretation, creativity, and innovation.
At the core of this brand story is the vision and mantra: Think. Create. Matter. To bring this to life, we invited ten illustrators to interpret the vision in their own way. The result is a collection of artworks that serve as daily reminders of Olavstoppen’s mission – encouraging employees to think bigger, create with purpose, and contribute to meaningful progress.

All illustrators started with the same brief, which was open to interpretation, facilitating diversity and variation while staying closely aligned with the core vision.



Screenprinted posters and t-shirts were handed out to staff on launch day.
The goal was to curate a space with diverse, unique artworks that connect employees and visitors to the new brand direction.
